Senior Service and after sales Engineer في SHOTEC Co. for Engineering & Foreign Trade

 Senior service & spare parts engineer at SHOTEC Co. S.A.E. from April 2012 till now
My duties:
o Service engineer for pumps (centrifugal, progressive cavity, rotary lobe pumps and plunger diaphragm pumps) for the following German manufacturers (Netzsch - Friatec Rheinheutte - LEWA - Flowserve Sterling SIHI). Shotec is authorized service advisor for Friatec, Netzsch & LEWA in Egypt & Qatar.
o Supervise the procurement of the piping accessories for pumping skids and packages.
o Produce 2d & 3d drawings for the pumping skids and packages using the CAD software Soidworks.
o Supervise pre-commissioning for the above mentioned pumps including shaft alignment check with EASY LASER device.
o Supervise commissioning and start up (SAT) for the above mentioned pumps.
o Prepare quotations for spare parts and service for the above mentioned pumps and follow up the job flow until the delivery of orders.
o Insert and update data on PAMS software (Professional Agent Management System), which include all running and archived jobs.
o Follow a visit plan for our customers to check the status of the operating pumps and how they are satisfied about their performance. Also to get spare parts or service enquiries.
o Work to achieve annual target of spare parts sales and service orders.
o Was Responsible as a site engineer (Dec.2009 to April 2012) for supervision on installation, erection start up and commissioning of the mechanical equipment ( pumps - conveyors - valves - piping - compressors - chillers - refrigeration system -heat exchangers - blenders & stirrers) in chemical plants of our principals of EPC companies BOWAS Induplan and DMP Srl.

• Commissioning & start-up of Natural gas odorant unit for NATGAS Co.
 Chemical plants:
• Single base (SB) propellant production plant at AZC Co.
• Emulsion explosives production plant at AZC Co

* Responsible for supervision on installation, erection start up and commissioning of the mechanical equipment ( pumps - conveyors - valves - piping - compressors - chillers - refrigeration system -heat exchangers - blenders & stirrers) in chemical plants.
* Responsible for preparation of 2D & 3D drawings for pumps and piping using Solidworks.
