2- Estimated Budget:
A- Preparing Estimated Budget (Forecasting).
B- Preparing Comparison budget & actual (Cost Variance Monthly).
3- Financial Reports:
A- Preparing Management reports.
B- Finalize financial statement for the subcontractors company to Measure Risk Level & give Recommendations.
C- Preparing projects Report (WIP-Revenue-Cost-Completion).
D- Preparing Expected Cash flow report.
E- Preparing Credit facilities report.
4- Other Duties:
A- Coordinate Strategic plan with consultant (Big 4 auditing office).
B- Satisfying Internal Audit requirements (Big 4 auditing office).
C- Follow up Subsidiaries Company.
D- Satisfy Banks Requirements.
E- Satisfy Parent Co. Requirements.
F- Follow up monthly closing.
5- Financial analyses:
A- Analyze Subcontractors company before contract.
B- Analyze company Ratio compared with competitors.

Department: Department of Engineering Services.
- Make all journal entries Using Oracle system
- Prepare payments for sub-contractors.
- Prove revenue by areas & work orders.
- Prove of expenses and payments to suppliers.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation.
- Settlement of current accounts with the company main.
- Preparing Cash flow weekly.
- Estimated Budget.
Department: Department of Security Services.
Duty:
- Make all journal entries Using Oracle system.
- Checking and entering payment & receipt voucher.
- Prepare invoices & settle payments for the company.
- Calculate the cost of working hours for security guards.
- Make the financial reports Quarterly & Cash flow weekly.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation.
Other Duty:
- Follow-up the bank accounts for the company and due dates of installments and the company liabilities.
- Preparing Estimated Budget for the company.
- Preparing financial statements (quarterly - year end) for the company with the Auditing office after satisfy their requirements.

- Satisfy some requirements of ( KFH ) - Kuwait Finance House.

- Follow policies and procedures and update as developments in the work.

• Preparing all financial statements:
1- Balance sheet.
2- Comprehensive Income statement.
3- Partners equity changes statement.
4- Cash flow statement.
5- Make all notes for financial statements.
• Examining the internal control system of accounts.
• Planning and implementing the usual auditing procedures according to the IAS & IFRS.
• Preparing the analytical review and ratio analysis for the financial statements.
• Consideration of laws and regulations of various businesses and industries.
• Working both in a team environment and on my own initiative.
• Presenting solutions and suggestions to the accounts weakness aspects.
• Submitting guide notes and reports to companies’ management.
• Attending and supervise stocktaking for companies.
