Manage IT operation and strategy, control IT financial aspects and budget, lead applications and infrastructure upgrades; determine appropriate SLA levels and asses relevant technology advancement. Direct a team of 5, manage MS Dynamics NAV (110+ Users) and LS Retail ERP, Point of Sale (60+ POS), Business Intelligence TargIT Suite, user and retail support, troubleshooting, system administrating, building logs, SOPs and documentation.

• ERP system Implementation over 5 companies within 7 months and zero down-time in the retail and back-office operations: define business requirements, vendor selection, system process design, data migration, key users training and Go-Live support.
• BI Solution Implementation enabling more advanced analysis and reporting, schedule automated updates sent internally and to suppliers. Introducing visual reporting and notification alerts on key data.
• Enhance user productivity and system efficiency by reducing manual work, redundant tasks, optimizing POS sales process and overall daily tasks by 30%.
• Process automation such as Shop & Collect service, Fully Automated Digitized Online ordering solution (Inflyter), Mobile Shop, Electronic Cash Register (ECR) and Flights schedule integration with POS, enhance customer service & increase in sales.
• IT Infrastructure providing a secure and stable environment with minimized downtimes and maintenance cost.
• Set new SLA agreements with the IT supplier reducing cost by 33% with enhanced terms and support agreements.
• Lead customers’ full ERP implementation projects.
• Answering RFI, presales activities and product presentations.
• Prepare project estimates and proposed quotations (RFP) and POC.
• Manage and conduct Business analysis, Fit and GAP, process design and UAT in addition to SOPs.
• Lead and coordinate with the team to deliver projects and meet customer expectations.
• Analyzing business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide client recommendations
• Driving quality, testing and delivery methodology processes to ensure successful transition and client satisfaction.

• In-depth knowledge of MS Dynamics AX core functionality. (Trade & logistics, Inventory and warehouse management, CRM, Projects, Production and HR).
