Provide support to logistics preparations for delivery of trainings and other planned events
Develop detailed concept notes for proposed projects
Review training materials available online and support development of a number of capacity building/training courses, including writing up case studies.
Review case studies and online videos which could be used for UNEP’s training courses.
Develop Training Needs Assessment for the proposed trainings and gather the data using survey tools like Survey Monkey, Kahoot and Mentee’s
Identify key partners and stakeholders who could be engaged to develop and deliver capacity building courses, including national universities in OfD-supported countries.
Conducting and developing laboratory testing procedures for Lubricants
Participating in product development through validation of process & product changes
Analyzing and communicating test data
Calibrating and maintaining R&D lab test equipment
Making lab supplies & chemicals requests when needed.
Notifying lab management / technical staff of issues in production in order that they can be resolved in a timely manner.
Determining the physical properties of lube oils
Conducting Quality Control checks and tests while adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures.
Determining the viscosity, flash point and water content of lubricating oil
Processing and Logging in of results using ERP Systems
• Monitoring the production of pharmaceuticals, medical gases and disinfectants in terms of quality, yield throughout cycle times, process parameters, and safety and environmental regulations.
• Interacting with the operating personnel and other departments to facilitate production, process troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
• Working with Plant Process Control Coordination Role to ensure process control is optimized in the facility.
• Identifying process improvements to improve product quantity, quality, and operations productivity and efficiency.
• Working with the planning group to ensure plant meets production targets.
• Participating on QHSE teams/meetings to address safety and environmental issues.
• Participating as part of a team to upgrade products and processes by implementing modifications ranging from incremental daily improvements to technology changes.
Performing quality related investigations; designs and implements retest protocols, recommends corrective actions and preventive actions.
•Responsible for assembly and composition of Annual Product Review report documentation and routing.
•Responsible for composition of quality related investigation tasks related to customer complaints.
