Responsible for preparation of project invoices, obtaining approval and payments; maintaining Variation Notice records; assisting with the management of fees; reporting on progress in relation to budget and spending; preparing client Instruction Request Forms and obtaining approval, checking internal invoices, opening / closing project cost codes for timesheet bookings.
Responsibilities include preparation of project invoices, coordination with client’s commercial team to obtain invoice approval and payments, maintaining Variation Register, providing support to Claims team, assisting with the preparation of Consultant Variation Notices and Proposals, monitoring the delivery of over 300 project deliverables, preparation of internal and external progress reports including Earned Value Analysis, checking internal / external invoices.
Responsibilities included preparing financial reports; maintaining financial records; processing receipts, sales invoices and payments; dealing with customers’ queries; processing payroll and expense claims; preparing reports and presentations for management meetings; researching local partners for ground transportation, security, private jets, hotel accommodation; arranging meetings for rate negotiations; checking rates regularly to maximise profit margin. Other responsibilities were assisting operations team in monitoring services, booking flights for staff, assisting with visa applications, arranging medical check-ups, stationery requisitions, and other admin duties such as maintaining correspondence records, scanning, photocopying, sending faxes, typing, formatting reports and archiving.
Achievements made were representing the company in various exhibitions and meetings, successful management of in-house and external events, and creating company database and market segmentation and assisting with employee recruitment.
Provided customer support for a credit card company (card activation, billing issues, rates, interests, payments and penalties) and satellite radio in US. Duties included processing customer transactions, responding to product & service queries, providing quick resolution to customers’ concerns and Account Maintenance.
Duties included qualifying sales leads for US business magazines, offering and processing renewals to existing clients, undertaking training for marketing new business magazines.
