Duties and Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Answering all incoming calls, responsible for giving a call back if necessary.
• Responding to clients and public inquiries through phone calls and/or via e-mails.
• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
• Providing office support services, so as to make sure efficiency
• Carry out all the instructions given by the management.
• Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and/or conferences.
• Provide word-processing and secretarial support
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Assist the Office Director and other staff as requested.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support to issue and solve internal corrective measures report.
• Ensure current product quality specification fulfill client's requirements.
• Support quality management systems operation within organization.
• Provide support for design, execution and maintenance of quality system processes at respective
departments.
• Help department to coordinate training to operating procedure changes or new system
implementation.
• Ensure operating procedures are of use to end users.
• Direct writing and review operating procedures (OP's) to ensure compliance, efficiency and clarity.
• Comply all activities with corporate policies as well as departmental procedures to reduce risk and losses.
• Coach agents to help in their development.
• Ensure program activities are in compliance with applicable regulations and company quality
assurance standards.
• Recommend, implement and direct others to modify operational methods and practices along with overall strategy to enhance department effectiveness.
• Interact with superiors, team members and related people.
• Establish and manage professional customer rapport to drive solutions to attain business
needs.

Set and achieving personal sales goal, and include in daily, weekly, monthly sales report.
Follows company policy regarding work schedules, arrives on time, makes good use of time while at work, completes tasks and assignments in a timely manner; seeks additional projects in down time.
