Support in opening the pioneering branch in KSA.
Conduct interviews and staff trainings.
Implement cinema standard operating procedures. Ensure all SOP’s are met and delivered effectively to create an excellent working environment for team members and great experience to the guests.
Assist in establishing the cinema operation system.
Effectively prepare staff Rota’s and manage holiday scheduling of the team.
Maximize and drive sales opportunities from ticket sales and F&B promotions, through ground programming and creating new menu/combos.
Coaching and monitoring staff’s performance.
Responsible to cinema statutory compliances management.
Assess and continuous coaching to staffs.
Supervising maintenance, health and safety and security department.
Carrying out overall operations of cinemas on site basis.
Coordinate all marketing collaterals, contents and creatives to Marketing department.
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of all aspects of the Cinema.
Guarantees excellent guest satisfaction through delivering an outstanding customer service.
Ensure the enforcement of Roxy Cinemas rules and provide crowd control in an efficient manner throughout the areas as necessary and safeguard the guest’s safety and an enjoyable experience.
Conduct daily inspections in the cinema and preventive maintenance.
Provide support and participate with cinema advertising and promotional events as required. Offer guidance and support in all events and in the preparations of the facility space for special functions, themed evenings and private screenings.
Assist in cinema information services. Operates automated ticketing system.
Team members are provided with learning and career development opportunities by identifying successors within the team, preparing them for the next accountable roles and recommending them for external trainings whenever required.
Productivity and service delivery of the departments is improved on continuous basis by keeping team members motivated and retained.
Ensure cinema budget has been achieved, standard operating procedures has been followed and executed by the team.
Budget Management
• Execute F&B/cinema business strategies.
• Manage profit margin and controls all costs affecting F&B and overall cinema operations.
Stock Management
• Manage all aspects of control of stocks including stocktaking as required.
• Ensure effective ordering and management of stocks and adherence to procurement
Operations management
• Plan all marketing and promotion activities for F&B and cinema operations.
• Ensure appropriate development of staff to ensure maximization of sales and service standards in line with the level of business.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of all aspects of F&B and cinema operations.
• Ensure security of cash, stock and equipment of the cinema.
• Handle day to day accounting and end of shift financial matters.
• Report relevant events for the information of the Head of Operations.
• Conduct preventative maintenance program of F&B/cinema equipments.
• Manage the procurement process for sourcing and testing new menus, products and other materials required in cinema.
• Complete any other duties as required by the Head of Operations.
• Prioritizes and plans tasks and completes them within set deadlines.
Responsible for setting up, maintaining, and enhancing all aspects of F&B operations at Reel Cinemas.
•Responsible for ensuring the delivery of all targets including sales, margins, standards, and service.
•Report to the Theatre Manager and Operations Manager.
•Work internally with all team members as well as externally with head office, suppliers, and customers.
•Deputize as required for the Theatre Manager.
Manage and control all the aspects of store operations to promote cost effectiveness and profitability.
Direct, coach, support, and delegate to the team, monitoring their performance to achieve store targets.
Motivate the team and develop their potential and succession plans for the store.
Identifies training needs for store staff to ensure relevant/value added seminars are delivered with support of operation and HR.
Communicate effectively with the team, passing on all relevant information at the right time.
Develop an annual strategy for the store to meet sales targets, cultivates the team and increase business in conjunction with the Brand/Operations Manager.
Ensure the store is merchandised commercially and visually to company standards.
Guarantee accurate and timely reconciliation of cash, floats, and petty cash.
Analyze stock management information available to ensure sales opportunities are maximized.
Certifies stock levels in store are maintained through monitoring stock and liaising with store planner for optimal replenishment.
Supervise day-to-day management including staffing, training, merchandising, purchasing, cost control, facilities, maintenance, customer relations and administrative responsibilities.
•Consistently exceeds sales over the given target.
•Educate and train Assistant managers and new sales assistants in C- Store.
•Attain the budgeted operational expenses.
•Carries out demographic study that pin-pointed the retail market.
•Warrant outstanding customer service.
•Develop and maintain stock loss/gain reports and action plans.
•Check daily inventory for high ticket items and conducts full stock inventory quarterly.
Supervise daily store operations with high-volume of customers, which generates high revenue annually.
•Scrutinize proper on floor operation.
•Monitor store controllable such as paper, labor and food costs.
•Carries out weekly food forecasting.
•Achieve budget operational expenses.
•Assist customers and handles customer complaints
•Warrant outstanding customer service.
•Handle financial activities, administrative works, operations, and maintenance of the store.
•Train new restaurant staff and carries out staff performance appraisal
