 50 M$ minority sale via a convertible bond of West Africa’s largest tissue paper manufacturer to a consortium of international PE funds
 Phases of the 550-700 M$ sale of Africa’s largest hair extension producer present in 14 countries to a listed Indian conglomerate with a MCap >6 B$
• Advised clients on key strategic topics such as designing the M&A strategy, building long term business plans and supporting on other shareholders matters
 Designing and implementing the build-up strategy of a leading Testing, Inspection, and Certification player valued at >100 M$
 Developing a 5 year business plan and the build-up strategy for a leading industrial player in West Africa
 Defining the African market penetration strategy of a leading Taxi operator
• Developed and maintained complex valuation and cash flow sensitivity models and prepared pitch and investor presentation material
• Managed and liaised with various teams of external consultants, notably international lawyers, due diligence vendors, tax experts and auditors, on the preparation and execution of complex transactions in multiple jurisdictions
 Leading the execution of a 3 jurisdiction transaction involving 4 international law firms, 5 streams of due diligence, 4 shareholders, and 2 investors
