• Set numerous verification methods through setting assessments, processed and raising the bar for pass marks, which paid off in supporting all operational teams and lines of business to achieve their contractual metrics - achieved the training department compliance to COPC standards towards specific contracts as well as partnered with H.R to improve hired profiles.

• Changed trainers’ selection process, through using non-traditional methodology, which assessed the skill of transferring skills, and led to have a very strong training team.

• Successfully planned and executed training for initial ramps for 3 new businesses/projects, and led OPS to achieve contractual metrics within the first 4-6 weeks of launch.

• Drove site retention rate towards the site target, through leading and rolling out different employee engagement and leading different action plans for different OPS and support functions.
