Responsible for 5 Brands activities in 3 countries
Develop and execute regional marketing plans for B2B and B2C products and Services.
Leading the customer experience survey program at BD holding; managing the survey administration, analyzing results and defending action plans throughout the organization to realize improvements.

Developing and executing marketing programs that increase BD Holding brands identity and awareness, as well as drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Analyzing how BD Holding brands are positioned in the market and formalizing targeted customer insights; translating the brand strategies into go-to-market plans and positioning.

Continuously monitor market trends and consumer research, as well as analyze the competition to determine opportunities to ensure brand differentiation and growth.

Lead and direct various marketing communications projects, brand/product videos, merchandising, and advertising (digital, print, radio, TV, etc.)

Plan, coordinate and execute innovative marketing and merchandising initiatives to drive traffic into stores and conversions on the website.

Track, report and analyze activities, including social media engagement and content effectiveness

Set KPIs to measure and optimize marketing plans

Work with VP of Sales to lead to go market best practices and implementation of new product offerings.

Implement customer experience improvement for 12 locations and improve customer satisfaction
