I. Summarize Position
• Prepare and execute the preventive maintenance plan for production machines and Lead maintenance
stuff, an engineer and technicians.
• Prepares plan and lists for the required spare parts (foreign & local) for all production machines and
executes the plan according to the approved budget.
• Study the malfunctions and stop times and their causes to prevent happens again.
• Issue SOP’s for the new machines, upgrade and revise the existing describing preventive maintenance and
other action needed to be revised through SOP
• Control spare parts usage to achieve the preplanned maintenance budget.
• Following up the manufacturing with Local and national suppliers for machine spare parts.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all.
• Contact with workshops to get the work done Turning cannot work procurement official.
• Sharing in all works of validation I.Q., O.Q., P.Q., for antibiotic sections.
