• Maintain KPI for Inbound and outbound Roaming.
• Retain steering % for outbound roaming and detect anti steering.
• Solve inbound and outbound roaming complains.
• Daily inbound and outbound testing of TOP revenue generating operators.
• Implement and debug the roaming configuration.
• Integrate new roaming partners and updates over all technologies.
• Provide corrective and preventive actions for Roaming.
• Execute Roaming Work orders and assist commercials with regards to roaming on the network.
• Interface with roaming operators for roaming complaints and test SIM cards management.
• Interface with interconnect, PSTN and international operators for all related complaints.
• Execute routing, balancing WOs for interconnect, PSTN and international operators digit analysis.
• Implement PCM upgrade, downgrade, reallocation or signaling modification with interconnect, PSTN and international operators.
• Implement new dial ranges for interconnect, PSTN and international operators.
• Analyze system reports and alarms related to roaming, interconnect, PSTN and international operators; make diagnoses as input for continuous improvement.
• Participate in interdepartmental projects relating to Roaming.
• Interface with roamware vendor for projects and trouble tickets.
• Health checks roamware servers and monitor roaming & interconnects performance.
• Follow up the correction actions that related to network modification.
• Responsible of technical acceptance for the new projects within the team.
Third level support for core operations and maintenance teams.
Handling all complaints including customers and VIP ones.
Creating complete SS7 configurations on core NEs (MSCs/STPs…).
Using protocol analyzers to extract the protocol traces (ISUP, MAP, INAP, CAP, …etc).
Perform tasks to improve the quality.
Complete responsibility for any new NSS related project (creation, support and acceptance).
Responsible for the integration and creation of new core network elements to the running network (HLR, SGSN, MSS, MGW, & STP) and participate in interdepartmental projects related to Core Operations activities and provide advices and technical solutions for new projects.
Responsible for all the PBX configurations on the core network.
Handling major network modifications and interventions 24/7 related to core part.
Responsible for the creation of new IVRs (SRPs, PRBT, Clip+ & PABX) and performing any routing on it upon received work orders.
Following and performing day to day operation activities and health checks.
Handling all pre-analysis and advanced analysis for any service piloting its routing and applying critical modifications on the network.
Initiating daily, weekly and monthly measurement reports.
Building E1s database for switches in Mobinil network, BSCs creations and migrations.
Support all teams in network expansion activities including TDM & VOIP trunks.
Extract subscriber database and work with relevant teams for HLR reconciliation and take corrective actions on HLR when necessary.
Handle all problems/actions 24/7 and immediate intervention during any crises.
Handling on call and duty activities 24/7.
Handle AUC (Authentication Centre) files creation and recycling activities.
