-Selection of relevant accessories to the Car Park Ventilation System: MCC, VFD, CO Detection System, Smoke Detection System...

-Preparation of Technical Submittals.

-Preparation of Smoke Tests and Testing & Commissioning.

-Performed Lectures, Seminars, and Technical Coordination Meetings.

- Design of Gas Detection Systems.

-Supervision of Installations.

-Programming of Main Panel.

-Supervise Testing & Commissioning.

-Supervision of the installation of the mechanical services (Ventilation and Air Conditioning System, Piping Network, Fire Fighting System), ensuring that the works are performed as per Approved Shop Drawings, Method Statements and Specifications.

-Testing Installation of Material and Mechanical Equipment as per Manufacturer’s Recommendations, Specifications and Inspection & Testing Plan (ITP).

-Coordination with Suppliers and Manufacturers for the Commissioning and Start-up of all Mechanical Equipments.

-Mechanical Material Take-Off (Pipes, Ducts) and preparation of Purchase Request Forms submitted to the Procurement Department.

-Implementation of Testing & Commissioning Procedures of Mechanical Equipments in attendance of Supplier/Manufacturer, Quality Department, Consultant and Client.
