Evaluate customer needs.
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
Generate sales reports each week and submitting them to management
Update client information in the company contact database
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the company products
Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers
Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
Create excel sheet for ability to quote the various products (Split, duct…) for different brands (Gree, Mitsubishi Electric, O General, Toshiba…)
preparing B.O.Q and project specifications from the drawings
Make costing regarding cooling project ( ducted unit, Split unit)
