Check availability of starting materials for production processes to support the PET and Cans
Manages inventory of starting materials
Monitors actual and forecasted consumption of materials and orders replenishment stock
Manage timely and efficient processing of purchase orders through the procurement process.
Monitor the status of open purchase orders including delivery and quality issues that may affect status.
Review and evaluate safety stock levels, minimum order quantities, supplier and QA lead times on a regular basis to identify continuous improvement opportunities including but not limited to inventory reductions
Review and monitor CRs to ensure new component and material implementation plans are met and write-offs are kept to a minimum
Manage all rejected/non-conforming material through the Material Disposition Process.
Maintain and input material master data into planning systems
Inputs global supply requirements into corporate wide planning systems
Resolves material issues as they pertain to quality and production through close cooperation with Purchasing
Tracks and reports vendor performance and interfaces with vendors on supply issues
Provide support to Purchasing for credit issues with vendors.
Coordinate the return of the material with QA, Purchasing, warehouse personnel and suppliers.
Maintains knowledge of suppliers' operations and capabilities
Maintains complete and current knowledge of all material requirements and issues affecting product availability
Provides material supply intelligence to materials supply review process including safety stock recommendations.
Track and report KPIs for materials, and initiate action to drive improvement to meet targets
Responsible for identifying and resolving complex issues impacting production, planning and scheduling

Participate in supply point to supply point S&OP meetings
Implement and maintain Inventory and Material Management Strategies for all Finished Goods by regular review and optimisation of inventory parameters and levels (e.g. reorder pt, safety stock, ABC categorisation)
• Consultation with Production Schedulers regarding availability of production lines and approval of downtime at manufacturing sites.
• Place orders upon Manufacturing based upon agreed lead time and capacity availability
• Plan replenishment across the Distribution Centre network (DRP) by maintaining the accuracy of plans to reflect feasible replenish plans
• Conduct regular business and performance reviews with Demand Planners, Marketing and Manufacturing
• Identify and manage potential inventory obsolescence to minimise write-offs (finished goods and raw materials)
• Accountable for master data for Material Planning, Production and PIR/ Source lists for DRP.
• Review out of stock situations or shortage of supply issues and recommend mitigating actions
• PLM Project Management for Commercialization and Launch phase for selected project types
• Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain issues/variances and perform define corrective action plans to avoid reoccurrence.
• Set up inventory targets for Raw Materials and Pack Components and monitor actual inventory levels vs. targets (in co-operation with vendor schedulers)
• Liaise with Marketing, Demand Planners and Manufacturing to validate feasibility of mid-long term supply plans (S&OP) for the products under own responsibility and recommend actions in case of issues
Effectively directs and manages line and production operations to safely produce finished goods to meet sales and marketing demands that is consistently within quality and cost targets.
Develops targets and action plans for production lines
Leads problem-solving activities for production line.
Coaches and builds capabilities of team leader and operators to convert objectives.
Coaches line team leader and operators in an improvement process.
Consults with interdepartmental resources concerning problems, which are affecting the line productivity and takes corrective action.
Assist in development staffing and skill building plans for lines that directly links to delivering yearly AOP.
Reviews and analyzes production reports daily (follow up with appropriate resources to systematically eliminate source of downtime).
Responsible for the selection, on boarding and recommending for termination of production line personnel.
Summarizes daily paid hours for line operators.
Administrate all measures that is accountable for (filler downtime, line productivity, packaging yield loss, and production breakage and schedule compliance) daily.
Responsible for improving the control environment by performing the needed reconciliation (transactions between production and warehouses).
