• Prepare Project Planning Dossier including Project Control Procedure, Project Baseline Schedule, Deliverable Register, S Curve and Histogram.
• Developing and implementing standard project controls practices including scheduling manual, reporting manual, forms, templates, EPS, WBS, etc...
• Developing detailed daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports and submit to client
• Creating executive summary and dashboard reports including key performance indicators (KPIs) which focus on status and issues of each project to allow project stakeholders to make timely decisions to resolve such issues and push projects forward
• Work with sub-contractors and consultants to improve business practices for scheduling and reporting. This is done via training and workshop sessions
• Leading a group of Project Controls Managers, Senior Project Controls Engineers, and Schedulers that are working on project sites to ensure proper implementation of established processes and procedures
• Leading a team of IT professionals (DB Admin, Developer, Business Intelligence specialist, Web Designer) to create custom dashboards and applications for the Ministry
• Work closely with client directors and managers to ensure all of the above is done to their satisfaction while complying with international standards from AACEi and PMI
• Initiate and lead project meetings with PMs and Project Director to ensure all parties are aware of current issues and action plans are developed and followed
• Recruit personnel needed for PMO and site positions to ensure timely mobilization of staff to support project functions
• Prepare the project risk management procedure inline with International standards and company policy and project requirements.
• Take part and coordinate the preparation of the risk register and the suggest action to be taken for each risk, Prepare the Risk Plan according to the company procedures, Coordinate and follow- up on the implementation of the risk plan ( Risk Management Coordinator).
• Perform quantitative risk analysis to the project overall schedule and budget, plus the mini critical schedules and use quantitative risk analysis as a decision tool.
• Organize and lead monthly risk workshops internally and with client to discuss the risk register and agree on new measurements and evaluate the ongoing action.
• Generate Lessons learned for the project and for the risk management process in the company to be implemented in future projects.

Sr. Project Control Engineer:
• Planned, implemented and directed overall project schedules and controls to support the Project Director in managing project review, control and reporting processes and highlight abnormalities in project performance.
• Devised and executed all aspects of planning and scheduling deliverables of the project including preparation of resource loaded schedules, tracking of actual against baselines, performing variance analysis and updating of weekly/monthly reports at the field and management levels.
• Organized cash flow projections and trend forecasts including labor, material, contracts, created and evaluated earned value reports by integrating cost and schedule data using P6, PeopleSoft, PRISM, MS Project, SAP, Access and Excel.
