Mr. Karim EL-Refaey Ali Halawa was permanently employed on a Full-Time basis (40 hours per week) as Geotechnical Department Manager with a full package salary 15000 EGP per month, and his working hours were from 8 am to 4 pm, Sunday to Thursday (Five days a week).
His duties as a Geotechnical Manager includes the following:
1- Prepare the quotations of the soil investigation new projects.
2- Visit the sites for arrange all needs of rigs to starting.
3- Supervised and monitored the testing procedures are performed correctly in sites and ensured the national and the contract standards are met.
4- Supervised and managed the procedures of sampling, preparing and testing the soil investigation samples and validation and approval.
5- Create a testing schedule with the laboratory director according to the proposed buildings for the projects.
6- Making of factual reports with our technical team and prepare the recommendations.
7- Attended and participated in the meetings with the clients and consultants to discuss the technical issues.
8- Making of B.O.Q. for the project according to the actual quantities executed on site after review with the site engineer.
