• Monitor daily work activities of staff
• Coordinate with the contacting company regarding all maintenance issues

Advertising jobs on different jobs websites and social media
Sourcing, screening, shortlisting best fit candidates for an open position and arranging interview (Face to face, Zoom and Skype interview
Collecting documents of selected candidates and preparing an offer letter
Enroll new employee in biometric machine, update in HR software and coordinate with finance department regarding new employee joining
Manage staff attendance, leaves records on daily basis and reporting to senior management
Assist finance department in payroll processing, benefits administration and exit processing
Assist in the processing of medical claims and ensure on timely disbursement of medical claims
Ensure that employees records are properly maintained and update on timely basis
Responsible for implementation of HR policies and procedure
Reporting to the management regarding HR related issues
Collecting and verifying all mandatory documents
Preparing appointment letters, experience letters, salary increment letters and service confirmation letters
Orientation of new employees and timely distribution of HR related circulars and information
Act as focal person for biometric attendance management system
Contact references and perform background checks
Handling employees queries related HR matters and circulate HR related emails to all employees
Organize and maintain records of all expenses, repair and maintenance etc.
Creating employee profiles and updating on HRIS
To make sure that probation reports get done by the concerned manager and return back to the Assistant Director of Operation for further process
Any other task assigned by management
Oversee the daily operation of HR department
To assure a safe working environment
Responsibilities:
Managing the whole recruitment process
Review all resumes and reading carefully and evaluating presented qualification and relevant experience
Shortlisting best fit candidates for the open position
Initial telephonic Interviews and schedule final interviews
Create and maintain new hired record of new and leaving employees
Ensure On and off Boarding process is executed timely and efficiently
Conduct final interview and participate in decision making regarding selection and rejection
Collect and verify all mandatory documents and maintain them in HRMS
Preparing different types of letters i.e appointment letters, experience letters, salary increment letter and service confirmation letter
Handling all day to day administrative issues.
Assist in manage day to day HR functions
Compile & Update employee records (Hard & Soft copies)
Act as focal person for biometric attendance management system
Maintain attendance and leaves records in HRMAS, and send monthly routine emails to concern departments
Maintain overtime work detail through HRMA system and providing required information to accounts department
Prepare payroll, update employees medical records, health insurance and follow up on timely disbursement of medical claims
Maintain the records of appointment, increments, promotion
Process the clearance of resigning employees and assist accounts department in final settlement
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data(absences, Leaves)
Purchase office furniture and other necessary equipment
Contact references and perform background checks
Answering employees queries about HR related issues
Creating employee profiles and updating on HRM
Timely processing final settlement
Enrollment and De-enrollment of staff from HRMS

Posting job ads, organizing resumes and job applications
Ensuring background and references checks are completed
Maintain HR files and data base
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
Maintain Sale Tax Entries in FBR Web Porta
Submit tax in FBR.
Answering employees questions and processing incoming emails
Payroll processing and make deductions if required
Recruit the candidates within short period of time
Answers the telephone, relays messages and maintains equipment and supplies
Maintain employees confidence by keeping HRM information confidential
I have done MBA major in HR
