Making the weekly schedule in the abscence of th SM.Organizing administrative work and delegating task to the Team to run the business in accordance to the brand standard. Training the Newly
hired employees on the SOP of the brand before the assesment and
confirmation. Interviewing possible applicant in the abscence if the SM. Giving feedback to the SM on how to implement best practice that will add value to Profit and Loss statements.
Training the Team for Operational Excellence, Setting an action plan to increase sales and to achieve top lineand bottom line profit. Leading the team in the promotion awareness, Organizing in store training and Administrative work.Directing and coordinating employees and resources for efficient, well planned, and profitable service of Food and Beverages.Preparing a bench plan for a succesion plan for the employees. Analizing the P and L and set an
action plan on a Monthly basis.
