Participating in pre-bid/proposal engineering, including man-hour estimation and cost estimation.
Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources for the activities.
Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.
Review/prepare system materials, subcontract scope of work and project execution work, procedure and plan and lead a team of engineers to ensure successful delivery of project works.
Participates in procurement activities and selection of vendors and third party components.
Monitoring project risks and scope creep to identify potential problems and proactively identifying solutions to address them in advance.
Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly).
Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures and ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date.
Managing client expectations by ensuring the delivery of the highest quality service acting on client feedback.
Monitoring staff & team performance and maintain awareness of safety and environmental requirements.
Recommend new processes where needed to improve quality, cost, or on-time delivery.
