Participating in pre-bid/proposal engineering, including man-hour estimation and cost estimation.
Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources for the activities.
Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.
Review/prepare system materials, subcontract scope of work and project execution work, procedure and plan and lead a team of engineers to ensure successful delivery of project works.
Participates in procurement activities and selection of vendors and third party components.
Monitoring project risks and scope creep to identify potential problems and proactively identifying solutions to address them in advance.
Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly).
Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures and ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date.
Managing client expectations by ensuring the delivery of the highest quality service acting on client feedback.
Monitoring staff & team performance and maintain awareness of safety and environmental requirements.
Recommend new processes where needed to improve quality, cost, or on-time delivery.

Provide technical support including: engineering analysis; equipment testing, evaluations and audits; specifications; troubleshooting; equipment upgrades; and maintenance procedure development
Supervise Installing of new equipment.
Developing maintenance plans
Carrying out quality inspections on jobs.
Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
Directing, instructing and supervising maintenance team.
Responsible for progress reports, contract compliance, customer satisfaction and financial return.

Implement all activities related to Mechanical Maintenance.
Carrying out effective preventive maintenance of equipment to achieve minimum down time
Preparing the maintenance plan for the whole year.
Maintain any breakdown during the production process as quickly as possible.
Making the maintenance reports.
Making analyses after each order to compare between the actual and theoretical values of raw materials used to avoid any shortage later.
