• Consolidated the machinery spare parts, material handling equipment and IT requirements of 3 factories and multiple distribution centers.

• Supplier selection through Nestlé’s best practices to make sure of the quality of the service provided is of the highest caliber in the market.
• Conducted E-auctions and negotiations in order to make sure that the service or part provided by the supplier is of highest quality, best service level at lowest price.
• Created a Supplier Service Level measurement tool in order to evaluate the supplier based on the quality, quantity and time of provided items or service.
• Followed up on the KPI’s of 9 operational buyers at the factories and distribution centers.
