Scope of Work:
Study the project documents thoroughly (drawings, specs, BOQ…etc.)
Prepare and review of (RFI -RFP - RFA - IR - MS).
Follow up of MEP inspection requests and set the priorities.
Leading and manage groups of electricians and plumbers and delegate tasks to them and
oversee their performance
Review MEP materials according to the tender specifications for consultant approval
Estimation and purchasing of the material quantities
Ability to efficiently communicate with suppliers.
Follow up of all delivery schedules for the required MEP materials of the projects.
Conduct regular progress/technical meetings with the consultant /client
Prepare daily progress reports to be sent to the planning department and project manager
Ensure work is executed according to contract/project specifications.
Worked Systems (Lighting, Power, Lv Cables with Termination, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Earthing System,
Tele & Data System, Water Supply, Fire Fighting and Plumbing)

Pyramisa hotel (2B+G+11T+R) - Dubai land - Dubai - UAE
Chocolala factory -Ras Al Khaimah - UAE
Scope of Work:
Study the contract documents (Tender / IFC Drawings) to know the requirements of the project.
Prepare Builder works coordination (with structural and mechanical) for power and low current
cables.
Prepare materials submittal for consultant approval according to the specifications
Estimation and purchasing of the material quantities
Prepare Shop Drawings and Details for The Consultant Approval
Prepare As Built Drawings.
Prepare Single Line Diagrams
Prepare Cable Tray & Trunk Sizing
Document Control.
Prepare and review of (RFI -RFP - RFA - IR - MS)
Holding regular meetings with the consultant
Provide site engineers with all data required.
Worked systems (lighting, power, LV cables with termination, fire alarm, CCTV, earthing system,
lightning system, tele & data system)
