A mega Mixed Use Development located in New Cairo, Egypt on a land area of
around 55, 000 m2.The project includes 4 Residential towers, 1 Office tower
with Podium, and water features, it also includes a hotel (2 basement floors,
ground floor, 7 typical floors with area of 11, 700 m2 for each floor)
- Scope: Design review and construction supervision for architectural,
structural, MEP and infrastructure works.

Water Transmission System consists of:
- Al Taif Pump Station ARADA (2 sets of pumps, flow rates 636 l/sec. and heads
370, 160 m)
- Reservoirs of (Al Baha, Shuhada, Sudyrah, Shugsan, Gazail, & Mandaq) with
capacities from 1500 to 140, 000m3
- Transmission main pipe line of diameter 1000 mm from steel pipes with total
length about 200 km.
- Scope: Preparing the detail design for all the civil, electrical, mechanical,
landscape and architectural works for the main pump station (PS ARADA) and
all the reservoir stations along the pipe line route.
- Project estimated value: SAR 1.2 billion.

Oct., Egypt
- The project was partnership between Vacseera and novo Nordisk to construct
a factory at 6oct. industrial city, we prepared two one of them green (design
from scratch) and one brown (reuse for an old building).
