which is consist of : 6 nos Substation, WWT Dehydrator Building, Raw And demi building, Laboratory Building& 8nos of operator Shelters.

Contract condition : Turn Key Project .
The contract is on re-measure basis.
scope of work :
Controlling technical office departments which is (Quantity survey, invoicing, Procurement, Materials, Shop drawings, steel work shop, Documents control )Departments.

Project: Sadara Packaging Center.
Project Budget: SAR 1bilion.
Client: Foster Wheeler.
My scope of work : Site Manger for civil External works (9nos of substations, pipe racks, Trenches, drainage channels, culverts, ditches, duct banks, valve chambers, lifting stations, sumps, road works) as following;
• Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
• Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with safety codes, and other regulations.
• Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
• Direct and supervise workers.
• Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
• Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project, such as reinforcement or shutter works.
• Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
• Maintain and implement quality control programs.
• Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
• Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
• Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
• Prepare all required method of statements .
• Direct acquisition of land for construction projects

1st for structural work
Basement level: it was have 10000m3 raft foundation with average depth (1.0 to 1.5) m with 6.0m height of retaining wall . Sequence of execution:
• Excavation and earth leveling prior to cast the plain concrete
• Plain concrete pouring.
• Water proofing (membrane) for whole of the plain concrete area.
• Go for 5cm protection screed for whole area.
• Rc raft foundation rebar's and shuttering then pouring.
• Then go for retaining walls rebar's and shuttering using steel form work shutter same like (aluma system) but it was not
• Then go for basement columns using steel form work and grb form work for specials one.
• Then go for slab on grade for most of that area.
• Basement slab: it was a flat slab system which is very common one .
• Ground floor slab: it was a hollow core slab with a precast beams with a 10 cm topping as average thickness for most of the area and some spans was a regular flat slab.
• 1st floor and 2nd floor slab it was approximately typical design .
2nd for finishing work :
That building was have very expensive and luxury finishing items such as curtain walls, screen walls and stone cladding as external finishing, dry walls as interior partition, false ceiling for (gypsum board& acoustic type), porcelain tile, marbles and venire as a floor finish& emulsion paint and wood cladding for wall finish.

Have responsibility for one of six towers each one of them consist of 19th floor for all structural &finishing work
For structural work :
The tower was consisting of 3level of basement which was a flat slab system plus 19th stories.
All shear wall and outer perimeter walls was a precast one except lift core and stairs core was cast in situ one using jumping shutters system .
We were using aluma system tables as a shoring system for whole project for casting slabs and columns.
For finishing work:
It was very prestige's project, all corridors and main lobbies(public areas) was have marble finish for wall and floors, for all apartments was have a porcelain tile, timber flooring, dry wall partition and false ceiling as interior finishing .
Grc cladding and stone cladding as an external finishing.

have responsibility for three no’s of buildings each of them consist of one basement level and three stories,
1st structural work
starting from checking all considered shop drawings and follow up with site foramens till execute the activities and issuing the request for inspection and follow up inspectors instructions till getting approvals and follow up with the concrete and soil labs, follow up with the bar bending list and shop drawings for steel fixing, check all shuttering alignment and verticality before inspection .
2nd finishing work
Have responsibility for block trade starting from checking survey axis and supervising him to plan the walls arrangement to start fixing the steel bars then followed by fixing the block courses an d checking the alignment and verticality and checking dwg for lintel heights and fix it during of building wall process, also was look after for the plaster and painting works starting from check the perpendicularity of the rooms and adjust the dots and spatter dash it and plaster, for painting work we were have subcontractors which did this one under my super vision, also iwas look after for water proofing for all of the wet areas and roofs, also for artificial stone starting by the first supported coarse and filling by special grout which is following surveying axe, and monitoring all fixing process like holing the walls and the stone pieces and fixing by brackets to the desired wall and checking the verticality for the stone wall .
