• Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Cruise Sales for the company.

determine action plans to meet those goals.

• Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in
the marketing plan.
• Accompany sales team on sales calls to potential clients to assist in development
of the account and to access the effectiveness and sales skills of the sales person.

Make reservations by phone, email, fax, and over the reservation desk
Contact travel agents to handle the rates and the its reservations.
Receive money in cash and credit cards.
Answer the incoming calls.

Handle any problem with the guests.
