- Installs and configures an IBM middleware systems and applications (WebSphere Application Servers, HTTP, Edge, LDAP, DB2 …).
- Implement the IBM ECM Solutions and integrate with its expansion components either on single or highly available architecture (FileNet, Case manager, DataCap, Forms, Watson, BPM…).
- Applies software security and upgrades to the Applications & Middleware systems.
- Analyzes and administrates the deployment of new requirements and change requests to existing systems.

- Maintain awareness of new technologies and techniques, and expand knowledge of Middleware management.
- Talks staff/clients through a series of actions to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Provide subject matter expertise for architecture, planning, and roadmap sessions of Middleware technologies to business and technical resources.
- Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others.
- Collaborate with other teams as necessary to ensure customer service levels are met.

- Installation and Administration IBM Websphere Application server (Deployment Manager Clusters - Websphere Security and SSL Configuration - Application Deployments - Websphere Tuning )
- Installation and Configuration of IBM HTTP Server (HTTP Configuration, HTTP Security, Plugin Configuration)
- Installation and Configuration of IBM Edge Load Balancer (Administration - creating high availability and Backup)
- Installation and configuration of IBM Tivoli Directory Server (LDAP) (Creating Trees - LDAP Security - Instances Replication Configuration)
- Administrate and support Weblogic Application server.
- Applying Securities requirement on the Middleware level to meet PCI requirement.
- Installing required upgrades and fixes to maintain available, reliable and secure environment.
- Troubleshooting and restoring failed critical production systems.
- Day-to-day operation activities include troubleshooting, systems maintenance and support.

- Install, monitor and manage Windows server infrastructure.
- Server's Hardware installation, Maintaining and management IBM System x Servers.
- Install racks, shelving, power strips, rails, cable management within data center
- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, build and repair systems, hardware and other peripherals.
- Ensure availability, scalability and performance of the Windows Server environment.
- Provide Active Directory Administration, provision user accounts and group permissions.
- Perform Domain security hardening via group policies, local policies, scripting, etc.
- Managed Patch link/Windows Software Update Services (WSUS - OS Update Delivery Solution).
- Managed Corporate Antivirus, Reporting, Monitor & Analysis Logs (Kaspersky).

- Maintain all PCI documentation for all System Changes.
- Responsible for HW purchasing for all Data center activities (Servers, Racks, Storage, spare parts...etc.)
