1-Preparation of the interim payment application.
2-Preparation of variations order.
3-Preparation of subcontractor's payments certificates.
4-coordinate with Cost control, procurement and engineering departments to ensure a better use of required materials on terms of Quantities, cost and Quality.
5-Input All client's and subcontractor's payments certificates in SAP system and create the related PR, PO and SES.

The Emiral Complex is a massive tourism redevelopment project being developed in the Moretti region in Western Algeria.
The area is divided into 4 zones.
Zone 01
DSC is undertaking the complete construction for Zone 1 which consists of four residential high-rise buildings, each comprising of 3 basement + Ground + Mezzanine + 22 floors + saloon terrace and each high-rise building comprising of 124 apartments.
Zone 02
As part of its work on Zone 2, DSC is building three office buildings on 2 common basements and buildings with (Ground + 6 floors), (Ground + 8 floors) and (Ground + 10 floors) respectively.
Zone 03
DSC is undertaking the construction of a mega shopping mall comprising of 2 basements + Ground + 1 floor. The shopping mall will feature a mix of both small and large outlets, as well as a massive food court area.
Zone 04
DSC is also building 15 ultra-modern, high end residential villas that are designed to be tastefully built and furnished to the highest standards. The villas will be one of the most prominent features of the Emiral Complex.
Senior QS ENGINEER IN CHARGE OF:
1-Review, analyse & interpret IFC drawings, Shop drawings, BOQ and Specifications to undertake the detailed Take-off Quantities, for use with interim payment application IPA, variations order VOR and subcontractor's Payments.
2-Preparation of monthly work progress and Assist with the Cost control Engineer to prepare and submit the interim payment application IPA to the Consultant.
3-Prepare and submit the Variations orders VOR to the Consultant.
4-Coordinate with Construction department, Sections engineers, Engineering department, and MEP Department to ensure a correct claims required for Interim payment or internal purposes.
5-Coordinate with the QC Department and review the Inspection log to ensure that all Executed and approved items will be certified by the consultant.
6-Calculate and verify the subcontractor's work done to ensure a correct measurements quantities required for payments certificates and submit it to the Accounting department.
7-Prepare and submit the subcontractor's monthly Provisions to the Accounting department.
8- Coordinate with the procurement, purchasing & PMV departments to ensure a correct pricing of existing or new items in order to use it in the Variations order & internal purposes.
9-Performs other related functions that maybe assigned from time to time.
