Consumers’ development reporting directly to the national key accounts sales manager, advising on profits, losses and plans for sales and profit increase.
First I was responsible for key accounts only
Supervisor of 20+ employees, including supervisors, sales representatives, as well as warehouse administrators, finance group team and merchandisers.
Charged in the supervision of covering key accounts, grand stores, small stories, discounters, etc…).
Ensuring the effective achievement of distribution/volume and visibility objectives.
Developed and implemented a plan which significantly increased client revenue and sales per client.
Ensuring that the customers are working within sales plan parameters.
Ensuring that the sales team possesses acceptable levels of work related knowledge and skills.
Setting of sales strategy and programs. Developing and improving the sales team performance, and establishing good relations with the customers.
Supervision of account delivery schedule and payment terms to be on time.
Charged with the handling of new customer accounts and focusing on the updated business development to increase our share in the Egyptian markets.
Selling of all brands to all segments in field and focusing on the key account and grand stores to upgrade the business and achieve sales targets.
Evaluate the consumers at the end of moth and make the fixed promotion and controlling the accurate promotion
Follow up the Key Accounts Contracts with applying the corrective measures
Make a network with all the key persons of consumers

Expand targets breakdown analysis for consumers
Follow up the sales supervisor and manage&coach them
