Coordinate with planning and other sectors to the ROPs & set the levels of safe limit.

Review the consumption analysis of the stock to indicate the reasons of the increase or decrease the inventory levels, Plans update and compare the actual consumption vs. planned.

Participating in the coding of production tools on the system of stores (ERP) to ensure that no contradiction in the technical specification of each component.

Monitoring the balances of raw materials in warehouses and reports their validity for a period of time based on actual consumption.

Business process re-engineering and oracle reimplementation projects:

Team leader of business process re-engineering project for documenting, analyzing, enhancing all departments process through gap analysis, benchmarking and recommending best practices.

Business Team leader of oracle re-implementing project with coordination with our IS team & third party to apply the following:

o Change the costing methodology from periodical to perpetual.
