Lead & supervise warehouses teams
Manage all daily Operations R.M & FG warehouses
o Receiving & stacking.
o W.H arrangement.
o Dispatching to production & external customers
o Aligning with planning & purchasing for scheduling of the R.M deliveries

Maintain warehousing processes control and integration with other departments specially operations, finance, procurement for smooth flow of operations.
Lead the business process Re-engineering & process documentations
Designing of Warehouse layouts and storing utilities that are suitable to business need
Responsible of ERP master item then achieve data base standardization, cleansing and categorization
Maintain & assure that safety standards are applied in storing, material handling
Follow up on hygiene standards are implemented in the warehouses
Create Department annual budget (equipment, staff, training, storing capacities)
Assure that transactions through Q.R code on batch level are utilized on all warehouses
Enhance inventory KPI’s results by
o Tracking & clearing of Non-moving
o Better arrangement in W.H map locations for less picking time
o Higher stock Accuracy through stock validation practices on batch level
o Lower shortage of critical materials through assigning storing parameters (Min-Max-ROP) & follow up on them
Participating in designing and follow up warehouse strategies in line with corporate strategy, procedures and the best methods to achieve its targets.
Creating comprehensive knowledge database for all storage stages, conditions, places for each category.
Establishing work process and procedures for the warehouse and communicate it to the supervisors and storekeepers.
Supervise the scheduling of deliveries for required items & follow up process on it with suppliers.
Supervise the Distribution & the Dispatching of materials deliveries on each workstation according to BOM & consumption rate
Ensuring proper storage for access to all items in the warehouse and associated locations (sub-stores) at all times respecting group safety standards and regulations.
Providing separate physical and logical storage areas for materials according to the conditions (quality, delivery, substitution, etc.).
Establishing the coding and numbering system for all items to ensure accuracy and promptness of the work.
Ensuring the availability of requirements in warehouse for the production process through coordination with planning & purchasing.
Monitoring the daily operations and supervise solving problems to adjust any deviations may happened during charging and discharging process.
Review plans from all sectors and its analyses then comparing it with previous Years.
Supervise the monthly feeding plans updates in case of changing the nutrition and convert them into quantities and financial value
Review the dispatching plans and the distribution of production requirements
Reviewing and submitting all sectors purchasing orders based on warehouse levels and demand variables.
Ensuring that the purchase request is included in the annual plan.
Identifying and solving the problems that may face the company such as lack of supply in the market or high price by speeding up orders, the redistribution of existing stock, change the plan or select the alternatives after coordinating with the technical sector.
Coordinate with planning and other sectors to the ROPs & set the levels of safe limit.
Review the consumption analysis of the stock to indicate the reasons of the increase or decrease the inventory levels, Plans update and compare the actual consumption vs. planned.
Participating in the coding of production tools on the system of stores (ERP) to ensure that no contradiction in the technical specification of each component.
Monitoring the balances of raw materials in warehouses and reports their validity for a period of time based on actual consumption.
Business process re-engineering and oracle reimplementation projects:
Team leader of business process re-engineering project for documenting, analyzing, enhancing all departments process through gap analysis, benchmarking and recommending best practices.
Business Team leader of oracle re-implementing project with coordination with our IS team & third party to apply the following:
o Change the costing methodology from periodical to perpetual.
o Update the warehouse structure with its locators.
o Apply P.R to P.O cycle on the system with its approvals matrices.
o Master item data cleansing (Duplicate removal, description checking, inactivate obsolete, reviewing UOMs, …)
o Applying Production BOM, formulating process & Dispatching.

2- Create As is Process flow charts & process descriptions for Supply chain departments for gap analysis and business process rengineering
3- Apply gap analysis for the supply chain critical processes, determine the key points of enhancement
4- Apply SCOR for improving processes through best practices & related KPIs
5- Create a differentiate supply chain strategies for each family of products
6- Improve inventory turnover, by improving methods of safety stock & ROP calculations
