Responsible for leading a team of experienced Information Technology specialists and advising the business on technology related matters and how it can improve existing IT operations.
Duties:
*Leading the IT Support team in implementing new systems/upgrading old ones & also solving complex problems.
*Designing and leading the implementation of new technology in the company as determined by its requirements.
*Ensuring that the IT team is always focus on the company’s IT requirements & delivers an outstanding service.
*Keeping an eye on all the businesses IT setup by tracking, monitoring and reporting on company operations.
*Drawing up the company’s IT budget & IT policy in consultation with all business divisions, senior managers and key staff.
*Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
*Manage FW Sophos XG230, Brocade switches and Cisco APs with WLC, Industrial Switches, and Sophos Endpoint Enterprise 5.x.
*Interact with users via email and telephone.
*Install, upgrade, diagnose, maintain servers and workstations.
*Perform hardware, software upgrades, train new users.
*Perform documented server maintenances, network updates.
*Support MS Outlook problems.
*Performing a check to make sure all systems are working fine and up-to-date.
*Troubleshooting IT systems.
*Troubleshooting problem related to remote services Citrix.
*Basic configuration for Brocade switches.
*Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
*Design, establish, implement and enforce Configuration Policies.
*Manage Fileserver, SQL server.
*Manage Sophos UTM.
*Check the stock of store continuously.
*Increase business productivity.
*Increase user’s efficiency by training sessions.
*Reduce business cost.
*Share in achieving business target by deploys new solutions.
*Interact with users via email and telephone.

DNS (Add new zone, add records new host, new alias, new domain, new mx, new PTR, new alias) DHCP (Add new scope, new superscope, new multicast scope, new exclusion range, new reservation, configure scope options ).
File Server ( Add Shared Folder, Permission for Folder’s, quota, Shadow Copy )
