General Responsibilities:
●Planning and implementing the office needs according to head count and structure and work on the annual budget related to IT needs in cooperating with management team.
●Purchasing IT supplies and office needs (Hardware, Software, Licenses...etc.)
●Handling contracts with suppliers for any supplies or services to be used for head office and branch office in Damietta.
●Maintain devices (Computers, Laptops, copy machines, servers) as technical support and software installations (Windows 10, Server 2016, Office365, Creating new users on domains and mail accounts).
●Brands have previous work on Dell(Server&Laptops), HP(Servers&Laptops&Switches), Cisco(Routers&Phones), Lenovo(Laptops), Panasonic (Phone systems). Projects achieved and participated in:
•Prepare Head office in zamalek (Following on infrastructure, H/W and S/W with 3rd parties)
•Implement AX dynamics for our finance department and assist on training of how to use.
•Install CCTV system in DFC project at Damietta city to cover the whole 300 acres.
