1. Sales

1. Financial
• Responsible for tracking petty cash, keeping appropriate records, and maintaining reconciliations
• Liaise and coordinate with the Salam International Accountant.
• Ensure all monthly supplier invoices are submitted to Al- Salam International Accountant on the 23rd of each month
• Provide copy of supplier invoices, GRNs & SOA to the clients for approval
• Coordination the collection of cheques and delivery method to vendors and/or customers
2. Procurement
• Procurement of Uniform & PPE and all the required items for the operations
3. Human Resource, Public Relations & Payroll
• Responsible for all employee records for maintain their database (incl. Passports)
• Coordination of the arrivals process
• Responsible for ensuring all new joiners are inducted and all documentation is completed and forwarded to the Salam International HR department
• Interfacing between the project management and the corporate office
• Prepare all client associated requirements such as; access cards, site inductions etc. Coordination of the visa process (end to end) and exit process
• Dealing with all the governmental departments such as;( Municipalities, Immigrations, Traffic departments, Ministries, Embassies, Etc.…)
• Responsible for Preparation and collation of timesheets and submission to the Payroll department
• Responsible for ensuring the disciplinary & grievance procedure is followed
• Ensure all employee details are provided to WPS
• General employee welfare
4. Accommodation & Logistics
• Ensure all accommodation requirements are arranged and managed
• Coordinate all logistical requirements
