• Receive visitors (walk-ins) and phone calls (helpline) and directing them to the appropriate service (Protection, Shelter, Health etc)
• Conducting confidential interviews with the beneficiaries regarding their needs ranging from protection (IDP, PWD, PWSN, CP, GBV, etc) to shelter rehabilitation, Cash For Rent, Medical, Birth Cash, Psychological, etc, Whilst making sure they are referred or linked with the appropriate department or actor.
• Conduct assigned Followups on all referrals sent to all departments especially the protection department to ensure timely and appropriate service provision.
• Provision of support to all departments especially the protection department in needs assessments, reporting, documentation and social counselling.
• Coordinate with the Focal Points of departments regarding services, meetings, and areas of intervention.
• Reporting on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis, including MoMs, and
data entry.
• Analyze collected data and provide qualitative and quantitative results.
• Manage the referral system, process and access.
• Represent PU-AMI during meetings with other referral focal points.
• Organize on a regular basis training sessions on referrals and tools, exchanges on best practices, challenges and recommendations with peers.
• Conduct individual case management in critical cases of Gender Based Violence
• Prepare, conduct and monitor PSS and Awareness sessions for peers, volunteers and beneficiaries in vital areas of intervention covering gender, mental health, and protection topics based on research and analysis.
• Prepare and conduct tailored Emotional Support Groups for vulnerable women after researching their needs in focus group discussions.
• Conduct Art Therapy sessions for vulnerable individuals.
• Reporting weekly, monthly and quarterly with data analysis and narratives.
Accomplishments:
• Conduct confidential case management for survivors for Gender Based Violence.
• Conduct Field reports and weekly and monthly reports as well.
• Conduct research and analysis of data from focus group discussions, PSS and individual case management outcomes.
• Conduct psychosocial support and awareness sessions on individual and group levels
• Provide inductions and trainings for colleagues. (GBV, Safe Identification & referral, etcetera…)
• Communicate with community members and leaders and setting the community engagement plan for the area to achieve a coherent curriculum that is in accordance with the needs and wants of the community to reach maximum impact.
• Supporting in the compilation and innovation of curriculums of psychosocial support and awareness sessions for human rights, protection, gender. etc
Accomplishments:
• Conducting and facilitating awareness sessions regarding protection and health topics.
• Assistant trainer to the business training project for vulnerable women business owners,
• Provide women with training regarding protection, business planning, marketing, and branding.
• Contact beneficiaries and set dates for distributions of dignity and PSS kits.
