• Scheduling all jobs loaded to factory based on: job complexity, machine limitations, material availability, and job priority.
• Follow up all jobs during the fabrication processes, to avoid any problems during shipping.
• Report and update the daily production rate, productivity and factory capacity with the performance per each production line including the necessary time study.
• Take necessary and rapid action in the Production process to catch the required due dates.
• Prepare the monthly strategic report with the necessary analysis.
• Coordinates Closely With Order Management the Current Production Status for jobs & delivery commitments respectively.
• Create the PR “Purchasing Requisition” for any external work (sand Blast, Bending, Powder coating& hot dip galvanization process).
