MEA Export Manager and O&G sales manager

- Seeking out potential property investors and attempt to develop a relationship with them
- Generate leads, costumer follow through and responding to any enquiry and emails on the same day
- Understand and analyze the customer needs and provide them with advice & solution
- Prepare payment terms and offer financing advice based on each client's needs
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements
- Representing the company in local and international Real Estate Exhibitions
- Knowledge of local demographic and economic trends to guide the customers with integrity and build their trust
- Developing up to date networking with the Property Agent & Brokers
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
- Planning and preparing presentations.
- Investigating the development of marketing tools.
- Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market.
- Clarify goals and reach agreement maintaining the interests of all parties.

Job description shall include marketing /sales activities:
- Market research & investigation of customers needs
- Identifying potential markets/clients with the collaboration with corporate marketing department
- Building different sales channels, through agent/distributors
- Building strong communication channels with corporate regional offices
- Presenting & introducing our telecom solutions to different markets
- Preparing technical & commercial offers with the collaboration of the concerned departments
- Following up on the running projects (technical & commercial)

- Tendering study & preparation
- Preparing sales forecast reports
Job Task had included the following PM Responsibilities:
- Attending kick start meeting with the Owner & Consultant, as a sales representative & discuss all customer requirements.
- Prepare meetings with Technical office & Deliver all costumer requirements/interest.
- Study the offer “Technical & Commercial”, & make sure it meets the customer requirements.
- Technical & Commercial Quotation preparation & Submittal, in addition, offer negotiation if required.
- Prepare & Follow up on any required approvals from the Consultant/Owner.
- Follow up the Project execution, and ensure meeting the project deadlines.
- Monitor all indirect resources & Organizing direct resources.
- Prepare Project Schedule, with the collaboration of the Project’s Main Contractor, in order to manage our resources for the execution of our scope of work.
- Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
- Follow up on: executed work Testing & Reporting, and submit it to the Consultant/Owner
- Follow up on Project as-built, for the Handover, as well as invoicing the customer for the project execution.
