I have BA in English Literature in1981.I had an Intensive English Language Course from Anglo School/London.I have an ICDL. Presented a workshop at the first conference for 'Embracing Inclusion', HCT, Al Ain, 2011.
Presented workshops at departmental level. Translated significant amount of documentation for the Additional Learning Needs Committee within the school, 2009 - 2011.I am an Active member of the ALN committee 2009 - 2011.
Participated in school-wide environmental project - "Clean Up The UAE 2004'.
Supervised students participating in The First Abu Dhabi International Marathon, 2006.
Participated in school activities during UNICEF days, 2002 - 2007.
Linked class activities to an environmental theme in preparation for Environmental Day, 2011.
Coordinated report on teaching styles for the school magazine, 2011.
My Personal Skills
Worked cooperatively with partnership teachers during the education reform project, Abu Dhabi.
I had regular interaction with other departmental members, senior management and educational consultants within the school.
I had meaningful discussions with parents regarding their children’s academic progress.The increased workload due to new methodology, assessment systems and new curriculum has meant it has been essential to manage my time effectively by prioritising work and working additional hours when necessary.
