The transformation of a simple medication dispense check-point office for the pensioners of the Petroleum Sector into a well-established fully functioning entire department covering all the medical and administrative oeuvre for the purpose of the pensioners' healthcare, welfare, guidance and follow-up along with creating a medical database for all the patients. The scale of work involved 23 oil companies and later on there were co-operative efforts with an integrated solutions company were exerted to transfer the created database from manual form into an electronic form of interactive and integrative features.
