Briefly, My main role was to create and maintain a relationship between my agency and clients.
Ensure the alignment of promotional strategies with business goals for each client through liaison and direct contact .
Create Marketing/Strategy plan for each client, presentations as well as writing proposals and engagement strategies.
Produce creative brief for the Creative & Media team.
Coordinate and authorise quotations for client approval & preparation of client invoices.
Write Client Contact Reports.
Prepare month-end overviews of client’s current activities, and monthly revenue forecasts, plus plans for future development of accounts.

I was in charge of overseeing the smooth running of my clients' advertising / marketing campaigns, from briefing designers to controlling the cash flow, and i was responsible for a team of account executives.
My role had plenty of variety and required some serious multi-tasking and juggling jobs, such as:
Managing a portfolio of accounts
Using contacts to generate new business
Engaging in project management duties
Delivering presentations
Attending meetings with clients

Started as an account executive and got promoted to senior account executive. My daily Tasks typically involved:
-Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.
-Working with my colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget.
- Presenting, alongside agency colleagues (particularly my client servicing director), the campaign ideas and budget to the client.
-Working with CSD to brief media, creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies.
-Liaising with, and acting as the link between, my clients and agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively.
-Negotiating with clients and my team about the details of campaigns.
-Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification;
handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients.
-Writing client reports & Creative Briefs.
- Undertaking administration tasks.
-Arranging and attending meetings.
-Making 'pitches', along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency.
