• Act as a mediator between GBOT and other employers/professional organisations and suppliers.
• Ensure that all official correspondence such as fax, email and phone are always dealt in a
professional manner as well as being responsible for handling the volume of incoming
mails on a daily basis (by post/courier/fax or hand delivered), register them and correctly
channel same to respective individual or department.
