• Negotiate and sign Joint Venture Agreements between international companies from Europe and Asia for the companies of Al Manara Holding as well as between Qatari companies and Al Manara Holding.
• Extend the business by networking through memberships in various business councils in Qatar.
• Leading and finalizing the the build-up of the production lines for various fire fighting products to the test and commissioning stage.
• Forming and training of the sales team on the products to be manufactured.
• Liaise with local authorities for technical approval of the manufacturing and the products as per Qatari standards.
• Leading and re-establishing successfully the construction, maintenance and logistic division of Dolphin Holding .
• Leading the refurbishment of the labor accommodations of Dolphin Holding by the holding’s construction division within the given time line and under compliance of the projected budget.
• Liaise with local authorities for technical approval of the construction activities as per Qatari standards.
• Successful execution of industrial, commercial and residential construction projects by detailed planning of the workflow under considering the given time line, material and labor expenses without missing deadlines and safety requirements. Managing the employment of main and subcontractors.
• Successful execution of refurbishment of local residential villa’s for local owners with main focus on interior fit-out works under employment of local contracting companies.
• Liaise with local authorities for technical approval of the construction activities as per Qatari standards.
• Starting business from scratch. Development of the company from self-employed to a company with up to 15 employees. Training of employees in apprenticeships to graduate as certified construction workers.
