Continue contribution in developing Majnoon Oilfield as a Geomatics Department Lead through managing integrated geotechnical and topographic survey contract as reviewing implementations of survey operations responsible for engineering QA/QC survey data verify the contractors survey works. Responsible for providing geo information advice, support and mapping for the various projects Such as (Pipelines routing, site selection and planning, ERW" Explosive Remnants of War", Well pads locations, Pipeline corridors, Seismic planning, Roads, Emergency Response). Managing geotechnical and topographical survey services contract throughout preparing Work Orders in accordance with contract BoQ and contractual terms and conditions, contract variation orders, reviewing and approving daily progress reports, chairing weekly operations &HSSE meetings and review MoMs, managing contractor survey teams, survey supervisors, soil investigation engineers, review topographical and engineering as built survey reports produced by the Geomatics contractor. Led the new geomatics services contract SoW, contract strategy and contributed in preparation of the contract cost estimate process. Took the lead in the RFC process and ensured liaising with the associated personnel to complete the pre-mobilization RFC on time. Chairing the kick of meeting of RSK contract BOC-1776 and successfully mobilized RSK teams after Fugro demobilization without any delay at the construction sites. Geo-spatial management of the oilfield ArcGIS data which includes security infrastructure, Environmental sites, facilities, processing facilities, pipelines, roads, construction borrow pits, electrical and fiber optic cables. Managing all ERW clearance data as Geomatics is the custodian of spatial information of the land release areas. My role in this process is to initiate the ERW task map by extrapolating the task coordinates either from the CAD design drawings, instructions from the customer or site surveys as well as verifying ERW demining contractor completion reports with regards total cleared areas and coordinates. This would be followed by updating ArcGIS ERW LR database and create final ERW LR map. Independently design ERW -RMAC (Regional Mine Action Centre) scope map and coordinates in line with the project requirements and land allocation procedures. Review and verify Xmas tree orientation set out and as built survey report usually carried out by geomatics contractor survey crews. This survey report indicates the deviation of the Xmas tree nozzle from the design orientation and therefore assists engineering team to design the piping within the well pad to accurately connect to the Xmas tree nozzle. Carryout weekly flood water level monitoring surveying around the field perimeter and produce a monitoring report that is usually distributed to client and field main managers, leads, HSSE supervisors.
