• Operation and maintenance of 430TPD Air separation unit of Airliquide plant, 120 TPD Linde Liquefier, Kuwait.
• Operation and maintenance of 100 TPD Air separation unit of SIAD plant at Abu Dhabi.
• Operating and controlling Plant through Allen Bradley SCADA, Yokogawa Centum 3000, and Siemens PCS 7.
• Checking up routine process parameters & equipments

Commissioning 240/L70 Air Separation Plant at Jizan, Saudi Arabia, Operating and controlling Plant through Siemens PCS 7 DCS, Checking up routine process parameters & equipments, Monitoring performance and maintaining smooth operations and safe working procedure in the plant, Controlling & maintaining process parameter as per technical specifications, Taking corrective actions against all abnormalities & failures, Handling plant start up & shutdown activities, Coordinating with technical & maintenance service department to solve the problems.

Managed operations of 110TPH AFBC fired Boiler and its auxiliaries, 43MW condensed turbine and its auxiliaries, Controlled power plant through Yokogawa Centum 3000 DCS, Maintained Boiler, Turbine, Surface Condenser, Ejector, Cooling Tower, Air Compressor, Feed Pumps, Fans, Belt Conveyors and Coal Crushers, Monitored and maintained the required parameter for smooth and efficient operations, Coordinated with the different department and working people, Managed emergency situations of boiler & turbine.

Maintained boiler, turbine and their auxiliaries like condenser, ejector, cooling tower, air compressor, valves, pumps, traveling grates, feeders, fans, etc.Planned and implemented preventive & predictive maintenance procedures.
Operated & controlled:
90TPH and 40TPH stoker fired Boiler and its auxiliaries, 16.5MW condensing Turbine and its auxiliaries.
