• Responsible for managing all project costs from pitch to completion.

• Maintaining contractual claims in accordance with contract provisions
• Sending variation and change notification for the changes to the main contractor /Client/Employer.
• Initiating the quantity take-off for the variation as per standard measurement practices.
• Coordinate with the technical team to understand the actual changes for claim.
• Submitting the variations as per the contractual obligations with proper documents such as Highlighted Drawings, invoices and LPOs etc.
• Communicating the proper contractual correspondences.
• Maintain the risk factor records and advise the action according to the risk.
