Currently reporting to the COO and leading project team of 48 resources for executing multiple converged building system deployment ELV projects.
Accountable to lead the team and contractors for PMO operations, coordinating with client discussion meetings for project initiation, and commencement.
Managing to attend project design meeting & making concept reports, project related progress reports, planning reports, minutes of meetings and correspondences to the project team.
Responsible for delivery of multiple high volume projects in Oman, CCTV System in Royal Guard of Oman, Palace AMC for Royal Court of Affairs, to name a few.
Involved in complete execution of projects, for the Revenue & collections as well as all the technical issues with respect to projects being handled.
Providing the Design Concept for Pre & Post Tender for all the projects.
Performing daily team administration routines as well as team development and people management activities to improve team productivities.
Delivered Projects for ELV and ICT Systems for Converged Building Management with virtually zero error.
