• Manage a strong team of technical and non technical Facility Management staff
• Manage the total delivery of the MEP( mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil services )
• Prepare effective maintenances plan for all assets
• Issue work permit according to the work category for the sub contractors
• Carry out the installation, commissioning and repair of a range of equipments
• Coordinate and update work order in the CAFM system
• Support the FM when new policies and procedures are implemented and KPI & SLA”s to be monitored
• Routinely inspect all contracted services to ensure performance measures are being maintained
• To achieve the KPI and service level agreement as agreed with the client
• Material ordering, administration MR’s, LPO’S and close follow up till receiving ordered materials/task
• Keep track of all PPM, Checking of PPM task sheets, action on ppm task sheet
• Develop and maintain strong and supportive relationships with client, service provider and third parties
• Complete all daily, weekly, Monthly reports as required by client and the FM
• Manage and lead MEP sub contractors throughout the duration of the project
• Ensure that all staff are aware that adherence to our health and safety policies.
• Ensure that all staff knows the significance of COSHH regulations.
• Coordinate with other site team ensuring satisfactory completion of all work requests.
• Handling fifteen residential project and leads 10 or more teams of technicians, A/C technician, electrician, plumbing, civil.. Monitors the general performance of all teams
• Submits monthly Attendance, Man power report, Material used report, Weekly maintenances activity report to the Facilities Manager
• Assures the proper technical performance of the team
• Watches over the team behavior with Clients and with other teams
• Plan the PM schedule for mep assets and rescheduling of related area(s) and ensure it is completed on time
• Responsible of the daily corrective and emergency requests
• Schedule work and request permission
• Responsible for the activities realated to maintenance of residential /commercial properties
• Supervise subordinate personnel, delegating assignment and ensuring assigned jobs are completed in time
• Leads one or more teams of technicians A/C technician, electrician, plumbing, civil.. Monitors the general performance of all teams
• Submits monthly Attendance to the Facilities Manager
• Assures the proper technical performance of the team

• Communicate progress and obstacles with the FM
• Introduce corrective and preventive actions for continual improvement
• Request subcontracting work and receive quotes
• Coordinates work and access with subcontractors when needed
• Monitor Subcontractors work and report on performance ensuring they are complying with etisalat policies and procedures
• Ensures that all technicians comply with the company’s regulations especially H&S
• Applies the company’s quality procedures and help in updating them
• Investigate Accidents and Incidents and submit incident report to Facilities Manager: follow through until the report is closed
• Perform Technical Studies on systems and equipments, collect required data
• Propose special projects and solutions to the clients
• Executes special projects requested and approved by the client
• Keeps a sharp eye on opportunities for new renovation or expansion projects
