• Inspect, Supervise & monitor the Marine construction works that includes Revetment, Groyne, Beach nourishment, Pier restaurant, Pedestrian bridge, Quay wall, Concrete pontoons, Precast concrete slab, kerb, blocks, Fabrication of Aluminium gangway, Steel structures and frames.
• Review of design and technical reports of Marine structures and associated works.
• Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and issue Site Observation Report (SOR) and Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for any defects / deviations.
• Ensure the Contractor/s comply with the standards and specifications of the contract documents.
• Enforce safety regulations and procedures on the construction site. Conduct safety inspections and ensure the use of appropriate safety equipment

• Technical Co-ordination with multiple stockholders for technical works involved in the Marine Infrastructure construction projects
• Review & address Vendor design calculations, drawings, technical specifications, method statement and Quality assurance plan.
• Preparation of Technical notes for alternate design approach and technical comparative statement for construction materials and equipment.
• Preparation and review of in-house Method statement, Risk assessment, Quality Inspection & Test Plan along with Permanent structure quantities for Marine structures & buildings, Rock structures and Dredging works.
• Addressing Document Review Form, Engineering Review Form, Comments Resolution Sheet and QHSE comments received from Client.
• Raise Request for Information and Technical civil queries seeking clarifications on Engineer’s GFC drawings, specifications and propose alternate options for approval.
• Preparation of Temporary / Enabling structure quantities for Site facility building, Structural steel and Form work quantity.

• Enabling structure design (Steel, Concrete, Rock, Composite structures) for site permanent structure construction works
• Construction Method Statement, Methodology drawings for Marine structures
• Quantities for Permanent structure, Enabling structure, Demolition works
• Review of Sub-consultant’s report like Design basis report, Detail design work plan, Design note, Design specification, QA/QC proposal, 2D wave flume study, Sedimentation report
• Back office technical support to ongoing site construction sites and bid proposals
• Preparation and review of Pre-bid technical queries, Tender proposals

• Planning of Ports, Harbours and other marine allied facilities with respect to Codes & Manuals;
• Analysis & preliminary / detail design of marine structures such as berth, approach trestle;
• Design of civil structures such as storm water drain, electrical and water supply duct;
• Providing input and checking of layouts & drawings;
• Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Detailed Cost Estimation (DCE), Block Cost Estimation (BCE);
• Preparation of Feasibility & Detail Project Reports and Bid documents;
• Organizing meetings with vendor & discussing technicalities for solution to project requirements;
• Vendor quotation request, Work order proposal & co-ordination for site survey works.

• Preliminary design engineering of finger jetty, wharf, buildings and allied infrastructures;
• Providing input & checking of layouts & drawings;
• Quantity & Cost estimation;
• Supporting senior staff in preparation of feasibility & detail project report and bid document;
• Initial Environment Examination (IEE) & Social Impact Assessment (SIA) report preparation;
• Site engineering & Project co-ordination;
• Work order proposal and co-ordination for site survey works.
