Responsible for handling Microsoft Directory Services Active Directory Domain Controllers and also handle server operations, maintenance and patching. Completely took ownership for the environment by handling user provisioning and termination, Active directory objects management, and also removing stale entries periodically.

Key Contributions & Accomplishments:

•As a part of operational tasks, have working knowledge in creation of AD account, Email address, DL, Privilege account with custom roles.
•And also modification of accounts, DL’s, security groups, dynamic DL’s, scripts for enable and disable accounts, providing roles for users.
•Able to take care of server Hardware and OS health, like keeping check on disk, memory and CPU utilization thresholds and as well as checking for event viewer to find out specific errors.
•Good in taking care server operational works like, account creation, enterprise activation, creating policies, pushing policies, user termination, role assignment, application push and general troubleshooting.
•Having hands on experience working with BMC Remedy (Ticketing tool) and Service-Now. Including handling tickets, service requests and pulling custom reports and ITIL understanding.
•Create user object, either using script or in manual way.
•Create service account, Service principal name, Privileged account, security groups, Organizational units and contacts.
•Create group policy, apply/link group policy to site, domain and OU and also have good understanding about restriction of group policies based on user/group/WMI properties.
•Good understanding of Windows l with additional knowledge of working in Active directory module of Windows and automating of most of the routing Active directory related tasks.
•Handle all Active Directory Replication issues/Troubleshoot based on the event logs.
•Monitored and Analyzed status of each network component
•Supported as 24/7 service and troubleshooting for server environment
Perform Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer for every quarter to tightened OS and make sure it’s not vulnerable.

Provided software training on an individual and small group basis within a classroom setting.
•Recommend hardware and software solutions and upgrades using established procurement processes.
•Implementing group policies, separating user groups according to management prescribed user access right.
