• Providing pertinent information in response to customer queries, ensuring adherence to standard Knowledge Base Articles (KBA) and notes related to GST.
• Upholding high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) by delivering quality output and engaging in direct interactions with customers.
• Prioritizing incidents and conducting daily Queue screening sessions to streamline and address urgent customer concerns promptly.
• Preparing the test script related to all the scenarios of procure to pay cycle. Testing the same in the Shadow system of production, which is up-graded.
• Resolving the issues, which are observed during testing.
• Preparing the FS for all the existing developments related to materials management, where GST implementation will have the impact.
