• Responsible for Completion of the project within specifications, budget, timeline and targeted milestones
• Review & comment on method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, quality plan, ITPs, as-built drgs. etc. • Review and comment on subcontractors’ QC Program, and ensuring implementation as approved
• Develop inspection periodicity and follow up inspections and closure of NCRs
• Provide technical assistance to planning, engineering and construction teams in all the deliverables
• Coordinate activities of all Sub-Contractors to comply with project execution plan
• Plan & review with each sub-contractor the procedures, manpower requirements and interfaces with other subcontractors
• Monitor subcontractor’s progress against plan, resolving field conflicts and administering general & special conditions
• Verify sub-contractors progressive payment application against physical progress and certify the same
• Organize/attend progress review meetings with subcontractors & initiate action plan to eliminate progress bottlenecks
• Ensure that manufacturing, installation, inspection and testing of all components, materials, structures and systems is properly documented and in strict compliance with Project and Owner requirements
• Monitor & control manpower and resources utilization to maximize construction productivity
• Liaise and coordinate with client and consultant on all aspects of execution
• Handle collection of Information related to site and adjacent areas from various Government Agencies
• Perform mathematical model study to access water flow near Sadhu Hill due to Construction of Garudeshwar Weir
• Carry out geotechnical investigation and study correlation between Geotechnical Investigation & Seismological Studies • Visit site and collect data including Catchment Area Analysis and study of socio-Economic Profile of the region • Identify and finalized land parcels for development
• Created Indicative project schedule/ plan to be used on site, Indicative Conceptual Budget, Indicative Site Logistics Plan
• Develop tender documents with all drawings and work specifications, and complete tender package for global bidding
• Coordinate production and approval of submittals and follow up procurements
• Liaise for MEP shop drawings with structural & architectural details and follow up sub-contractor’s shop drawing submissions, RFI’s, CVI’s, EIs, material submittals, method statements, risk assessment, etc.
